RETURNS

We’re sorry you’re not happy with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to make a return, you can return your item(s) to us for Store Credit only.  Item(s) must meet our returns conditions listed below. If they do not meet the below conditions, store credit will not be issued. You can only use this credit to purchase from our online shop. Credit cannot be used anywhere else than havenprintco.com. Store Credits do not expire. Order cancellations will also be for store credit only.

All change of minds will be processed as store credit.

Custom Orders are Final Sale. 

Lisa A. Romano Co. does not take responsibility for purchases left unattended at the delivery address, and are not responsible for mail theft. We will do our best to assist you should your package go missing, but refunds and credits will not be given for these cases. We are not responsible for packages that are returned to us by the shipping service due to insufficient or incorrect address information. The customer is responsible for having an accessible delivery location, we will not be responsible for packages that are shipped back to us due to an inaccessible delivery location. 

In order to avoid issues with delivery, please double check the shipping address, and track your order via the tracking number. 

Please check the size guide or chat/email us to confirm the right size for you if you're worried about sizing. If you’re unhappy with the size of an item, you can return it to use for store credit only. Refunds to original payment will not be given.

All items are checked before packaging and shipment. If an item is damaged on receipt due, please let us know immediately. 

Return conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of receiving your item. Items returned after 7 calendar days will not be accepted. Store credit is the only form of refunds Lisa A. Romano Co. offers. Credit will be given in the amount of the product only, not for shipping cost. 
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. We will not cover shipping costs. For returned items, customers will receive store credit in the amount of the product only, not for shipping cost. 
  • If a package has failed delivery or was refused, customers are solely responsible for their safe return to Lisa A. Romano Co. if they wish to return their products. We do not issue a refund on deliveries that have failed or refused by customers. Customers are responsible for re-shipping costs if failed delivery occurs.
  • Items must be in a sale-able condition with original packaging.
  • Stickers must not be removed from backing. Any stickers that are returned to us and have been removed from their backing will not be issued store credit.
  • Cards must be in original packaging, must be free of any marks/use. Envelope must be in good condition, unused and free of any tears, marks, or damage. Cards shipped back to us not in the original state will not be issued credit.
  • Items will only be accepted if returned in original condition with all tags attached, free from deodorant, tan and makeup stains.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and un-perfumed otherwise they will not be accepted.
  • Items must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
  • Swimwear, jewelry and bodysuits cannot be returned.
  • SALE ITEMS, CUSTOM ORDERS & MADE TO ORDER ITEMS are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for an exchange, store credit.
  • Items that do not satisfy our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
  • If you return an item that does not meet these conditions, you will have to arrange the shipping for your item back to you. Lisa A. Romano Co. will not cover shipping for the same item if you returned it outside of these conditions.
  • If you are not available to collect your order and it is returned to us (Returned to Sender), you are responsible for the second attempt shipping costs.

Items are to be sent back to Lisa A. Romano Co. at the cost of the customer. We do not offer a cheaper alternative return shipping label. All return shipments must be tracked. If you decide to use it, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit. You will receive credit in the amount of the product cost only.

PROCESSING

  • You should receive your store credit within 10 business days of Lisa A. Romano Co. receiving your return. If your return is urgent, please contact us and we will process it for you asap.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Ensure the return conditions above are met.
  2. Please email us as soon as you can to start a return. Returns are only available if requested within 7 calendar days of delivery date. Store credit is the only form of refund we offer. Refunds to the original payment method will not be given in any circumstance. Once your refund is approved, you will receive a return label via email.
  3. Print the return label, package your item, specify your order number and item/s securely and send back within 7 days using a traceable service. USPS, UPS, Fedex are all accepted, however it is suggested to use UPS or FEDEX.
  4. Please ensure that the item/s is secure as we will not be able to accept them damaged/missing.

Items are to be sent back to Lisa A. Romano Co. at the cost of the customer. We do not offer a cheaper alternative return shipping label. If you decide to use it, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit. You will receive credit in the amount of the product cost only.
